Stephen Pyhrr, Ph.D. is a Senior Managing Director at Kennedy Wilson with responsibility for the firm’s southern regional portfolio, including acquisitions and investments in office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties, as well as the company’s service lines, including property management, brokerage/leasing and market research. He is also a Managing Principal and an Executive Board member of Kennedy Wilson’s Property Fund I and II and oversees asset management and financial reporting for its portfolio properties. During this session, Stephen will provide a cyclical perspective on real estate, investments and capital markets.

A refund, less a $50 fee, will be issued for registration fees if notice of cancellation is received, in writing, before event date. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is received on or after the event date.

Registered attendees for an event that is cancelled will be notified as far in advance as possible. Attendees have the option of getting a full refund or transferring the registration fee to another Partners Deal-Making Event. Please note that the Institute is not responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses (lodging, airfare, etc.) attendees may incur when an event is cancelled.
