Pinning Ceremony held in Taipei for new designees
The CCIM Institute recently held a Pinning Ceremony for 47 designees in Taipei, Taiwan. The new designees were part of the biggest designation class in Taipei.
In addition to the Core Concepts Review course and the Comprehensive Exam, there will be five core courses and four Intro courses in Taiwan this 2008. There are currently 73 designees in Taiwan.

Join CCIM at Expo Real
CCIM will co-exhibit with the National Association of REALTORS® at the 2008 Expo Real, from October 6 – 8 in Munich, Germany. In past years at Expo Real, CCIMs have had great success in closing deals on-site or making connections that resulted in deals after the conference ended.Last year’s conference was the biggest yet, attracting 1,823 exhibitors from 43 countries and 23,800 visitors from 77 countries; this year, Expo Real will be even bigger.

Three CCIMs recognized at REBS in Taipei
Carmela Ma, CCIM, Bruce Haulley, CCIM and Michael Tseng, CCIM were recognized as World Top 10 Brokers at the 2008 Real Estate Brokerage Summit, held in Taipei, Taiwan on July 27 – 29. Their speeches to the 1,000 attendees capped two days of seminars on international commercial brokerage. The expo center, open throughout the Summit to the attendees from around the world, included a CCIM booth promoting CCIM and its courses in Taiwan.

CCIM China Chapter to Host Trade Mission
The CCIM China Chapter is hosting a trade mission from October 23 - November 4, 2008. The trade mission begins in Beijing and includes visits to Xian, Wuhan and Shanghai. Thirty-five new CCIM designees in Poland
The CCIM Institute proudly designated thirty-five CCIMs in Warsaw on April 25. The students, including one student from Russia, took the Core Concept Review and passed the Comprehensive Exam, which were taught and administered by Steve Price, CCIM and Jay Keenan, CCIM.

Fifty Members Receive CCIM Designation in Moscow
Fifty new members received the CCIM designation on March 29 in Moscow, Russia. The Pinning Ceremony, organized by the Russian Guild of REALTORS®, was presided by senior instructors Joseph Fisher, CCIM and Carl Russell, CCIM, and by Andrey Goussev, CCIM, President of the Moscow CCIM Chapter. Forty eight of the designees are from Russia, one from the Ukraine, and one from Kazakhstan.

Real Estate Brokerage Summit in Taipei, Taiwan - July 27 - 29, 2008
The 2008 Real Estate Brokerage Summit will be held at the Taipei International Convention Center from July 27 - 29, 2008. Michael Tseng, CCIM, is the CEO of the summit’s organizing committee.
