Networking Initiatives

The CCIM Institute is dedicated to not only helping minorities establish a knowledge base and skill set in commercial investment, but also in offering individuals networking opportunities with other professionals in the industry.

The Institute has created an electronic community for members of the Cultural Diversity Education Program to access. In addition, CCIM Chapters offer networking events and guidance for completion of the CCIM Designation locally.

Certified Commercial Investment Members are in more marketplaces in North America – 61 Local CCIM Chapters in 12 CCIM regions representing 1,000 cities -- than all major real estate companies combined. Regions and chapters provide designees and candidates the opportunities to promote business and educational goals through local and regional forums and meetings.

Cultural Diversity Virtual Community

The Institute has created an electronic community for members of the Cultural Diversity Education Program to access and network electronically with others in the program.
