Advanced Negotiation Workshops

“In today’s commercial real estate environment, a purely transactional approach to negotiation that favors short-term hardball tactics over long-term relationships does not make business sense.  A more sophisticated and successful approach to the practice of commercial real estate emphasizes negotiation skills that enable practitioners to leverage relationships for sustainable results.”
– John G. Shulman, CEO, Alignor.

The CCIM Institute Advanced Negotiation Workshop provides proven techniques using customized commercial real estate case studies, exercises and simulations, which will give you the edge to compete in today’s commercial real estate environment.
