CCIM Fast Track Program

Get on the Fast Track to earning the CCIM designation!

The Fast Track Program gives real estate professionals the opportunity to earn the CCIM designation in a convenient and streamlined format. This accelerated program is available to professionals who have earned one of the industry’s other preeminent designations: AACI, CLO, CMB, CRF, CPM, CRE, FRI* , MAI/SRPA, RPA, SIOR.

*Must show proof of qualifying activities in commercial real estate to be approved by the designation committee for fast track status.

How can you get on the Fast Track? It’s as simple as 1-2-3…

1. Become a Fast Track candidate. Download the application
2. Successfully complete the four CCIM core courses (CI 101-Financial Analysis, CI 102-Market Analysis, CI 103-User Decision Analysis, and CI 104-Investment Analysis). You may either attend in-class course presentations or complete your coursework through the Challenge Program.
3. Successfully complete the online CCIM Ethics Course
4. Pass the Comprehensive Exam

All requirements of the Fast Track Program must be completed within 24 months. In recognition of the extent of their training and experience, fast-track candidates are exempt from the elective credits requirement and from the Porfolio of Qualifying Experience.
